A Message from Chris on the Danish Cartoons:
I can't for the life of me figure out what about these cartoons could possibly insite the violence we've been seeing and hearing about. Take a look for yourself - I've had all 12 cartoons posted right here at ChrisTruit.com. What kind of wacko religion would condone the horrendous violence exhibited by Muslims over something as benign as drawing Mohammed's face? And then to take it one step farther and launch a contest to see who could come up with the best holocaust cartoons? It's time for a Reality Check!

Let's face it, folks - it can be said that although not all Muslims are terrorists all terrorists are Muslims. This fact in and of itself begs for editorializing the religion and head figure Mohammed. I'm at a total loss for words...I simply cannot comprehend the reaction these cartoons are drawing from the Muslim world. I join my voice with that of many Muslims and Muslim leaders in calling for an end to the violence. There are far too many things in this world worth fighting for...such as freedom and democracy...to be wasting time, energy, money and politics on something as childish as this.
