Find Your Local Sex Offender
The easiest way to locate local sex offenders is to go to www.mapsexoffenders.com (click the link to open the site in a new window) and follow the steps listed below.

NOTE: It is important to NOT use this information to harass sex offenders. Instead, be wary of their existance in our communities. Warn your children and always pay close attention to the offender and the house and report any suspicious activity to your local law enforcement agency...at least until we finally reach the era when all sex offenders are sent to some remote island to live and prey on eachother instead of our children.

Step 1: Locate the "Click to Locate Offenders in Your Area" link on the main page:

Step 2: Type in your full address and click the "Lookup Offenders" button:

INFO: The map will show your location with a blue push pin:

INFO: The map will show the location of sex offenders with maroon tacks:

You can zoom in and out using the zoom bar at the far left:

Step 4: Click on any maroon tack to view a quick info box about that particular offender:

Step 5: Click on "Click to View Details on State Registry" to be connected with your state's Sex Offender Registry Program's informaiton.
